How Globalists Like Condi Rice Lie about Patriots and the John Birch Society

This article and video were posted online at TheNewAmerican.com  on Wednesday, August 30, 2017:

In this video, The New American exposes how globalists such as Condoleeza Rice of the Bush administration use incredibly dishonest tactics to smear patriots in general and the John Birch Society in particular. After the violence in Charlottesville, Rice attacked JBS and sandwiched it between the KKK and Nazis–something she knows very well is absurd. In fact, JBS has always represented exactly the opposite: opposition to racism and anti-Semitism, prominent Jewish and black leaders and members, support for liberty, opposition to National Socialism and all forms of socialism, and more. On the other hand, Rice, who helped get America involved in the illegal and disastrous wars that led to the genocide of Christians in the Middle East, served under a president whose own family was literally involved in helping to finance the Nazi war machine. Rice is a member of the globalist swamp known as the Council on Foreign Relations, which the JBS has been very effective in exposing. That is why she uses dishonesty to smear the Birchers. But patriots should be encouraged: If there was any legitimate criticism of JBS, she would have used that instead of dishonesty. By contrast, the JBS uses only the truth and the facts. Eric Cantor Handily Defeated by Virtually Unknown College Professor

Eric Cantor headshot

In a primary election that Paul Rothenberg, a non-partisan political analyst, called “the political version of the San Francisco earthquake,” House Majority Leader Eric Cantor (R-Va.) lost overwhelmingly to obscure economics professor Dave Brat. This is the first time since 1899 that a House Majority Leader has lost his reelection bid in his party’s primary. Despite being outspent by Cantor by more than 25-to-1, Brat breezed to victory on Tuesday, capturing 55 percent of the vote to Cantor’s 44 percent.

Virtually ignored by establishment Republican groups like Club for Growth and Heritage Action, Bart won by basing his campaign on

The Modern German Economic Model is a Myth

Dessau, a small and steadily shrinking town in the German state of Saxony-Anhalt in what used to be East Germany, is doing the best it can. Ten years after the fall of the Berlin Wall the anticipated “miracle” enjoyed by West Germany following World War II failed to materialize for Dessau and so it is in the process of

New Obama Campaign Slogan Reveals Communist Ties

This article from the Washington Times just confirms what I and many other writers and researchers have confirmed: not only is Obama a confirmed socialist and communist, but he is determined to continue to promote his ideology in full view. His advisers, in other words, don’t care who knows – the path ahead is “forward”:

The Obama campaign apparently didn’t look backwards into history when selecting  its new campaign slogan, “Forward” — a word with a long and rich association with European Marxism.

Victor Morton, the WT writer, didn’t have to look very far to prove the point. He went to Wikipedia:

Wikipedia has an entire section called “Forward (generic name of socialist  publications).”

“The name Forward carries a special meaning in socialist political terminology. It has been frequently used as a name for socialist, communist and  other left-wing newspapers and publications,” the online encyclopedia  explains.

The slogan “Forward!” reflected the conviction of European Marxists and  radicals that their movements reflected the march of history, which would move  forward past capitalism and into socialism and communism.

That’s an interesting way of phrasing it: “move forward past capitalism.” Actually Obama intends to destroy capitalism and replace it with the form of socialism called

Media Research Center Celebrates 25 Years of Exposing Media Bias

Twenty-five years ago this coming Monday, October 1, Brent Bozell founded the Media Research Center (MRC) with a little help from some friends, a little money, a black and white television set, and a leased computer. Today, one wouldn’t recognize his operation, with an annual budget of $10 million and 60 journalists seeking and finding media bias in every nook and cranny of the mainstream media’s world.

They’re finding much to write about. Bozell himself has written three books, including Weapons of Mass Distortion, and writes two weekly blog posts. His empire has grown to include the News Analysis Division dedicated to “documenting, exposing and neutralizing liberal media bias,” the Business & Media Institute working to advance “the culture of free enterprise in America,” the Culture and Media Institute which concentrates on “correcting misconceptions in the media about social conservatism and religious faith,” along with the Cybercast News Service—better known as CNSNews.com—concentrating on providing online news on current events “as it should be reported: accurate, balanced and unfiltered.”

MRC has over 300,000 subscribers to its six electronic newsletters which include a bi-weekly compilation of some of the more outrageous quotes from members of the liberal media, a summary of mistakes and deliberate misinformation published in the New York Times, along with publishing relevant and timely events that the mainstream media has missed altogether.

One newsletter, NewsBusters, delights in finding faux pas, rampant silliness, and deliberate distortions and then publishing them. For instance, the worst bias in 2012 (so far!) includes Newsweek magazine that sees Barack Obama as “grotesquely underappreciated” and a former CNN correspondent who charged Republicans with trying to

Old Smear Tactics Leveled at the “2016” Movie

Gerald Molen – First They Ignored Us, Then They Called Us Names, Now We’re The #2 Political Documentary Of All Time; My Response To My Movie 2016 Being Labeled “Racist”

It deeply offends me to read reviews labeling me and my fellow filmmakers as racists or bigots or comparing us to Nazis. Their obvious hatred and bias seemingly overwhelms their ability to write a negative review without resorting to the lowest of degrading observations.

Molen is the producer of the film “2016 Obama’s America” which is making the rounds across the country, and is beginning to catch the attention of the left. Molen has produced five films with Steven Spielberg, including “Schindler’s List.” He is no lightweight or late-comer.

And yet he is offended, which indicates that he, even now, doesn’t understand the enemy bent on destroying the country. That enemy, and the mouthpieces and useful idiots enlisted in the cause, have no interest whatever in being “fair” or “objective” or “transparent.” Their goal is to besmirch the man, and thus his movie, so that the average Joe decides not to see it. And that’s the point.

I’m very familiar with this tactic. When I joined the John Birch Society back in 1967 I had to work my way past the attacks on the JBS which was accused of being filled with “racists,” “haters,” “Nazis” and “anti-Semites.”  The attackers, I soon found out, had no interest in the facts. One fact in particular stands out: the JBS had a Jew on its board of directors, and friendly relations with the Jewish community in general. But I found that iterating that provable fact meant nothing to the society’s detractors.

Molen refuses to admit to the obvious:

It raises the question “why are some on the left of the political spectrum so indoctrinated by their masters that they lose all sense of decency and/or intelligent reasoning?” This is such a loss for journalism.

Mr. Molen, sir, it has nothing to do with decency or reasoning. It has to do with the war we are involved in. It does no good to blame these attacks on lack of good judgment or loss of journalistic ethics. It has to do with tactics of war: if it works, do more of it.

Eugenics and the Progressive Movement

Cafe Hayek: A Birther Myth that Won’t Die

You’d think that the fact that billions more people today live far-longer, much-healthier, and vastly richer lives than were lived by all but a small handful of nobles and clerics when the earth’s population was much smaller would cause Ms. Olliges to pause before asserting that “reducing our population is in the best interest of our species.”

Amerikan Inspired Eugenics

Amerikan Inspired Eugenics (Photo credit: Think-N-Evolve)

Economics professor Donald Boudreaux has just touched on something here that I don’t think gets nearly enough attention: the very close relationship between eugenics and the Progressives. Early in the 20th century progressives liked the idea that weeding out undesirables in the human population would improve the living standards of those remaining and make the earth a nicer place to live.

This sort of thinking led inevitably to the Nazi program of extermination of Jews as undesirables, and the Progressives now decry any such relationship.

First, Mr. Boudreaux:

So I’ve a question for her: why single-out birth control as the solution to the alleged problem of overpopulation?  Why not also call for policies that reduce human life-expectancy?  Unless the vast majority of newborns today is unwanted or is, at best, regarded with indifference by their parents—an extraordinarily unlikely situation—what ethical proposition permits her to endorse policies that reduce the number of infant humans without also endorsing policies that reduce the number of middle-aged and elderly humans?

A 50-year-old woman or 70-year-old man eats and drinks, and emits carbon, at least as much as does a child.  So if Ms. Olliges truly believes that today’s large population poses an awful danger, let her advocate—in addition to birth control—such policies as, for example, prohibiting anyone older than 50 from receiving medical care.  By her moral lights, humanity and mother earth will be well-served as a result.

I don’t think anyone at Psychology Today, to whom Boudreaux is addressing his letter, is going to get writer’s cramp in responding. But the link between Progressives and eugenics—ethnic cleansing—is unmistakable. Here is a quote from the Journal of Economic Perspectives, written in 2005, that makes the link abundantly—and chillingly—clear:

Less well known is that a crude eugenic sorting of groups into deserving and undeserving classes crucially informed the labor and immigration reform that is the hallmark of the Progressive Era. Reform-minded economists of the Progressive Era defended exclusionary labor and immigration legislation on grounds that the labor force should be rid of unfit workers, whom they labeled “parasites,” “the unemployable,” “low-wage races” and the “industrial residuum.”

Removing the unfit, went the argument, would uplift superior, deserving workers.

And so, thanks, Dr. Boudreaux, for bringing (indirectly) this link to our attention.

Only Tax Cuts Can Stop Trillion-Dollar Deficits

President Kennedy delivers radio and televisio...

The U.S. Treasury Department announced on Thursday that the federal government’s deficit for the first nine months of its 2012 fiscal year exceeded $900 billion and that the country is on target for another $1 trillion annual deficit for the fourth year in a row. And this was despite the fact that revenues for the same period actually increased by five percent.

In simple terms, government is growing more quickly than the economy can generate the revenues to feed it. And if the status remains quo, the economy will continue to stagnate. At present it is informally in recession, there is gridlock in Congress, elections are four months away, and Taxmageddon—the “fiscal cliff”—awaits taxpayers on January 1. All of this is sufficient to cause even the hardy to tremble.

What the president and a compliant Congress have managed to do over the last four years is to increase government spending, compared with what the economy generates—the gross domestic product, or GDP—to the highest level since WWII. James Glassman’s study of deficit spending under the last five presidents shows that President Obama’s ratio of deficit to GDP is 8.9 percent, compared to George Bush senior’s 4.2 percent, Ronald Reagan’s 4.2 percent, George Bush junior’s 2.7 percent, and Bill Clinton’s 0.5 percent. Putting that into perspective, Obama’s deficits are running between two and fifteen times greater than his predecessors, with no end in sight.

In fact, if the economy’s output declines as many economists are predicting, revenues will fall, resulting in even higher

Myths About the Marshall Plan

Logo used on aid delivered to European countri...

When establishment historians consider the Marshall Plan, its intents and purposes and alleged successes, they typically make at least two errors–one in logic and the other in history. First, they assume that since Europe began to revive at about the time the Marshall Plan was implemented then that revival must have been because of the plan, not in spite of it.

Second, they fail to make any mention of the forces in the background that had a much different purpose in mind: specifically, how to use the Marshall Plan to further their internationalist agenda.

One example of a “court historian” providing his readers with the accepted view of the Marshall Plan is Robert V. Remini, professor emeritus at the University of Chicago, and author of numerous books on the American republic’s early figures, such as Andrew Jackson, Henry Clay, John Quincy Adams and Daniel Webster. In 2005 Remini was appointed the Historian of the U.S. House of Representatives. Remini thus serves as the perfect example of someone who knows his history but fails to tell all he knows, especially when it comes to the Marshall Plan.

In his “A Short History of the United States” Remini had this to say about the Marshall Plan:

Secretary of State, George C. Marshall, then devised a plan, which he outlined in a speech at Harvard University on June 5, 1947, by which the United States would assist European nations to rebuild their shattered economies…

Between April 1948 and December 1951, the United States contributed a little over $12 billion to Europe…

By 1951 Europe had not only achieved its prewar level of production but its level of industrial production rose to virtually guarantee prosperity for the future…

There it is: the United States, out of the goodness of its heart, gave five percent of its gross national product with no strings attached to European nations to help them get back on their feet. And it worked!  Look! By 1951 Europe had fully recovered!

It is tempting to ascribe malevolent intentions to Remini. But that does not preclude asking some questions and pointing out some errors of commission and omission in his establishment view. For instance, who

Attacks on Local Police Could Lead to National Police Force

Photo of a police officer, Boston, USA

The conservative think tank Cato Institute has announced its latest effort to hold local police accountable by establishing its National Police Misconduct Reporting Project. Its purpose is to “determine the extent of police misconduct in the United States, identify trends affecting police misconduct, and report on issues about police misconduct in order to enhance public awareness on issues regarding police misconduct in the U.S.”

Its website, www.policemisconduct.net, currently lists an increasing number of incidents involving police officers who have stepped outside the bounds of their duty. One after another, incidents such as “Lanagan, MO police chief, officer indicted, suspended for forgery“; “Denver police officer allegedly sexually assaulted a woman during a traffic stop”; and “Dallas City Council approves $500,000 for settlement for motorcyclist whose beating was caught on police dash-cam” are presented on its website in its attempt to educate citizens about such illegal behavior by the men in blue.

Cato says its purposes are honorable: “Only a small fraction of the 17,000 law enforcement agencies [in the country] actually track their own misconduct…and even when they do, the data…is generic and does not specify what misconduct occurred, who did it, and what the end result was.”

The institute obtains its data from all media sources, and the facts are verified by its staff before being posted on the website. Further, the staff working on the project want

Arrogant ATF Makes Up Rules As It Goes Along

ATF inspector at a federally licensed gun dealer

Robert E. Sanders, a former ATF (Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives) official for 24 years and now a board member of the National Rifle Association, complained that the ATF’s practice of issuing “private letter rulings” on what constitutes a “weapon” are not only confusing but often arbitrary and even contradictory.

The main reason is that the regulations under which the ATF operates aren’t defined and therefore are subject to interpretation and modification:

It is hard to tell what ATF wants you do to without submitting your product and asking for a letter ruling. You can’t tell what the agency has said in the past to others, because those letter rulings are generally secret. How could somebody know how to comply with the law?

Len Savage, the owner of Historic Arms in Georgia, found out the hard way about the ATF’s capriciousness, and it cost him $500,000. Savage is a firearms designer and manufacturer and was told by the ATF in July 2005 that he could convert machine guns legally owned by collectors into belt-fed weapons. After investing in the tools and machinery to make the conversions, he received another letter from the ATF in April 2006 saying that “upon reconsideration” it was rescinding its previous approval. Savage said the ATF “follows no rhyme or reason” calling it “enforcement by ambush.”

The ATF said it was just following the rules in its National Firearms Act Handbook, to wit: “classifications are subject to change if later determined to be erroneous or impacted by subsequent changes in the law or regulations.” Since those regulations are written by the ATF, their explanation is

When Aaron Zelman, the founder of Jews for the Preservation of Firearms Ownership, died just before Christmas at his home in Wisconsin, eulogies poured in from people Zelman had impacted. One came from Eugene Volokh, who said that Zelman’s “most notable contribution was research pointing out the frequency with which genocide has been preceded by prohibiting arms possession by the targeted victims.”

The Fed: Defending the Indefensible

In defending the Federal Reserve against what CNBC considered to be “an unprecedented level of attacks,” former Fed governor Frederic Mishkin said it was because of the Fed’s inability to “articulate a clear message regarding its trillion-dollar monetary policies”:

Monetary policy is never easy. You’re always the whipping boy. The question [now] is the degree. Now you’re getting whipped with a little bit harder lash than usual. But you’ve got to make the tough calls….
