Maria Bartiromo is the majorette domo of television investment broadcasting. She is also a Keynesian. From her bio:

Chris Christie is a great example of someone who, on the hustings, sounds wonderful: less government, tough on unions, balance the budget and all that sort of thing. For a brief moment, Ann Coulter fell for him as well.

But let reality intrude and all the falsehoods and chimera and gloss disappear. Here’s the guv on gouging:

This article from the Washington Times just confirms what I and many other writers and researchers have confirmed: not only is Obama a confirmed socialist and communist, but he is determined to continue to promote his ideology in full view. His advisers, in other words, don’t care who knows – the path ahead is “forward”:

The Obama campaign apparently didn’t look backwards into history when selecting  its new campaign slogan, “Forward” — a word with a long and rich association with European Marxism.

Victor Morton, the WT writer, didn’t have to look very far to prove the point. He went to Wikipedia:

Wikipedia has an entire section called “Forward (generic name of socialist  publications).”

“The name Forward carries a special meaning in socialist political terminology. It has been frequently used as a name for socialist, communist and  other left-wing newspapers and publications,” the online encyclopedia  explains.

The slogan “Forward!” reflected the conviction of European Marxists and  radicals that their movements reflected the march of history, which would move  forward past capitalism and into socialism and communism.

Richard Maybury’s “The Great Thanksgiving Hoax,” first published in 1999 summarized the sanitized version of the Pilgrim’s landing at Plymouth Rock in 1620 which appears in most high school history texts:

The official story has the Pilgrims boarding the Mayflower, coming to America and establishing the Plymouth colony in the winter of 1620-21. This first winter is hard, and half the colonists die. But the survivors are hard working and tenacious, and they learn new farmed techniques from the Indians. The harvest of 1621 is bountiful. The Pilgrims hold a celebration and give thanks to God.
