Have nothing to do with the [evil] things that people do, things that belong to the darkness. Instead, bring them out to the light... [For] when all things are brought out into the light, then their true nature is clearly revealed...

St. Louis Riots Instigated by Communist BLM Thugs and Stooges

For those still doubtful about the communist background and purposes of the Black Lives Matter “movement,” James Simpson, Trevor Louden, and Matthew Vadum have performed a great public service. Writing for Accuracy in Media (AIM), the trio linked [see Sources below] BLM all the way back to Vladimir Lenin:

The Southern Poverty Law Center Hates God

This article was published by The McAlvany Intelligence Advisor on Friday, August 25, 2017:

In a recent interview, Judge Roy Moore was asked about the Southern Poverty Law Center. He responded, “The Southern Poverty Law Center has had Ben Carson on their hate list. They’ve had Tony Perkins [of the Family Research Council] on their hate list. The truth is: they’re the ones that hate. They hate God, and they hate the acknowledgement of God.”

This should surprise no one who has even briefly looked into the background of the SPLC. It has hated God and His people for decades. When Morris Dees founded the outfit in 1971, he named his good friend Julian Bond as president. Bond, it will be remembered

Citing the Civil Rights Act of 1964, the National Center for Life and Liberty of the D. James Kennedy Ministries (DJKM) filed suit against the Southern Poverty Law Center (SPLC) on Tuesday for “trafficking in false or misleading descriptions of the services offered under the ministry’s trademarked name; and for defamation pursuant to Alabama common law arising from the publication and distribution of information that libels the ministry’s reputation and subjects the ministry to disgrace, ridicule, odium, and contempt in the estimation of the public.”

Frank Wright, the CEO of the ministries, explained why it is suing the SPLC:

Civilization’s Thin Veneer

This article was published by The McAlvany Intelligence Advisor on Wednesday, December 14, 2016:

The dictionary defines civilization as “an ideal state of human culture characterized by a complete absence of barbarism and non-rational behavior.” Rich Galen thinks a better definition is living in a “constant state of positive assumptions.”

Many of those assumptions are coming into question, with many more already proven to be false. One of them is that pension plans are safe, that promises made will be kept, and that the assumptions underlying those plans regarding rates of return on invested assets are reasonable and that they virtually guarantee predictable results.

Those positive assumptions vanished last summer in Athens when

Calling Baltimore State’s Attorney Marilyn Mosby a “runaway prosecutor” in the Freddie Gray case, legal activist and law professor John Banzhaf filed a complaint last Thursday with the Maryland Bar Counsel. He demanded an investigation into her mishandling of the prosecution of six officers involved in the Freddie Gray case on several grounds:

How to Destroy the Criminal Justice System: The Freddie Gray Case

English: Baltimore Harbor as seen from World Trade Center.

Marilyn Mosby has given radicals a lesson in how to destroy faith in the criminal justice system. Without faith that it is fair, balanced, and just, it won’t work. The society will instead degenerate into mob violence and mob rule. That will lead to oppression and a federal police state. That process is already well underway in Baltimore.

In less than 100 days in office, Mosby had her chance.

Venezuela Collapsing; U.S. Officials Fear Violence, Military Coup

This article appeared online at TheNewAmerican.com on Wednesday, May 18, 2016:

U.S. intelligence officials warned on May 14 that Venezuela is descending into economic and political chaos that is likely to end in street violence, military suppression of citizens’ rights, and a possible coup to remove President Nicolás Maduro.

How much of that reflects CIA interventions to keep the crisis somewhat under control is an open question. But one of those anonymous “intelligence officials” told the Wall Street Journal that “[our] goal is to mitigate the crisis that they’re experiencing. It’s in the United States’ interest that Venezuela not bottom out.”

If past experience serves as a guide for the future, the CIA could

Was Houston Mosque Fire a False Flag Event?

This article appeared online at TheNewAmerican.com on Thursday, December 31, 2015:

When Gary Nathaniel Moore was arrested on Wednesday on charges that he set the fire at a Houston Mosque on Christmas Day, the narrative promoted by the national media blew up.

During the investigation by the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (known as the ATF), Moore was identified from surveillance videos of the scene of the crime and confirmed after a search warrant revealed evidence in his home of charcoal lighter-fluid bottles that matched one left at the mosque.

In the days before Moore’s arrest, however, the narrative promoted by the mainstream media was that somehow it was a “hate crime” resulting from inflammatory statements made by

Social Security’s Chief Actuary Meets Charles Ponzi

Mug shot of Charles Ponzi

In its apologetic over Social Security, the New York Times saw the most significant problem facing the scheme, according to the program’s chief actuary, Stephen Goss, is “that fewer workers are paying taxes into the program … while more retirees are collecting their checks.”

And thus it has always been: every Ponzi scheme fails when “new” investors cannot be recruited into it in sufficient numbers to pay off the “older” ones. The only reason Social Security has survived for so long – it just turned 80 this year – is because of guns and badges and threats.

Charles Ponzi had no such power. He had to rely on ignorance and greed. His scheme ran for more than a year before the fraud was discovered and he was jailed. His shtick?

“Gaswork”: Josh Fox’s Latest Film Called a Hoax

This article appeared online at TheNewAmerican.com on Monday, October 5, 2015:

Josh Fox, the independent filmmaker who made a name for himself in the anti-fracking movement with his controversial film Gasland, introduced a new anti-fracking film last Thursday called Gaswork: The Fight for C.J.’s Law on the MSNBC show All In With Chris Hayes.

The “C.J.” of the film’s title is C.J. Bevins, a 23-year-old roughneck who was working at a gas drilling site in Smyrna, New York, in May of 2011 when a forklift accidentally pinned him against a trailer, causing his death. When Fox learned of the tragedy, he knew he had his next assignment: reviewing the safety and health of workers in the oil and gas fracking industry.

Although Bevins died in a freak accident, Fox instead used his death to focus on the alleged dangers of fracking chemicals, claiming:

Hillaryland Scrambles to Delete Damaging E-mails

When U.S. District Court Judge Emmet Sullivan ordered Hillary Clinton’s “right-hand person,” Huma Abedin, to attest under oath that she had in fact turned over all her e-mails to the Justice Department, he also included Hillary’s “left-hand person” as well: Cheryl Mills.

Social Security Disability Trust Fund Could Be Depleted by Late 2016

This article appeared online at TheNewAmerican.com on Thursday, July 23, 2015:

Every year the language of the trustees of the Social Security system becomes more strident, and every year the managers of the program kick the can further down the road. In its report issued on Wednesday, the Social Security and Medicare Board of Trustees stated that “Social Security’s Disability Insurance (DI) Trust Fund now faces an urgent threat of reserve depletion, requiring prompt corrective action by lawmakers if sudden reductions or interruptions in benefit payments are to be avoided.” The report noted:

Congress, by Voice Vote, Foists International ID Cards on Everyone

This article was published by The McAlvany Intelligence Advisor on Friday, June 12, 2015:

Politicians have a knack for naming their bills with titles that are backwards, intended to deceive. There’s the Patriot Act, instead of the Fourth Amendment Obliteration Act. There’s the Affordable Care Act, which makes healthcare more expensive and less available.

And then there’s the Girls Count Act, a deceptive title designed to lead one to believe that it has something to do with empowering girls worldwide, making certain that they have access to services and are able to exercise all their rights. Even the opening paragraph expands the deceit:

Will the Clinton Foundation’s Deceit Finish Hillary?

This article was first published by The McAlvany Intelligence Advisor on Friday, May 1, 2015:

In January 2014 Dinesh D’Souza was indicted by federal prosecutors for violating federal campaign finance laws. In September of that year he was sentenced to five years’ probation, eight months in a “community confinement center,” and was fined $30,000. He also was required to perform eight hours of community service every week and must undergo court-mandated therapy for his crime.

His crime: contributing $20,000 to campaigns in the names of some friends.

Hillary has arranged for more than 1,100 donors to contribute millions to her campaign for president.

Question: How much community service will she be required to perform?

Clinton Foundation’s Defenses Continue to Unravel

This article first appeared online at TheNewAmerican.com on Thursday, April 30, 2015:

The growing public awareness and outrage at the seeming fraud, deceit, and obfuscation at the Clinton Foundation, where more than 1,100 donors weren’t disclosed, violating an agreement Hillary Clinton made with the White House prior to taking over as secretary of state in 2008, continues to build. At the forefront and in the public’s headlights for the moment is the case of Frank Giustra, which we commented on in a previous article:

Hillary’s Iowa Visit Was Staged

This article first appeared online at TheNewAmerican.com on Thursday, April 16, 2015:

Presidential contender Hillary Clinton, who is driving across the United States ostensibly to talk to Americans and learn their concerns, was caught staging at least one of the meet-and-greets. And it took a British tabloid, the Daily Mail, to expose the deceit as most U.S. media were too busy fawning over Hillary’s new “common folk” approach in her latest campaign.

Ironically, not even some of the left-wing participants, who were obviously brought in so that like-minded Americans would tell Clinton their political concerns, were let in on the deception ahead of time. Austin Bird, an intern who served with Barack Obama’s 2012 presidential campaign in Iowa, got a call from Troy Price, Bill Clinton’s former Iowa political director, asking him if he would like to sit down for coffee and discuss political strategy. When Bird arrived for the meeting, he was joined by Carter Bell, president of the University of Iowa’s College Democrats, and Sara Sedlacek who works for Planned Parenthood of the Heartland.

Hillary’s Unethical Behavior Goes Back Decades

This article first appeared online at TheNewAmerican.com on Monday, April 13, 2015:

Cover of "Living History"

Cover of Living History

Touting her unique life experience, Hillary Rodham Clinton launched her campaign for president on Sunday. Above all, she says, she is a grandmother who simply wants America’s grandchildren to have an opportunity to succeed:

Becoming a grandmother has made me think deeply about the responsibility we all share as stewards of the world we inherit and will one day pass on. I’m more convinced than ever that our future in the 21st century depends on our ability to ensure that a child born in the hills of Appalachia or the Mississippi Delta or the Rio Grande Valley grows up with the same shot at success that [my granddaughter] Charlotte will.

Missing from her proclamation as the savior of young people under her presidency is how she treated a sixth-grader back in 1975 who was repeatedly raped by a 41-year-old drifter. The drifter, one Thomas Alfred Taylor, requested a female court-appointed attorney, and Hillary Rodham, age 27, was assigned to defend him.

Hillary’s Baggage

This article was initially published by The McAlvany Intelligence Advisor on Monday, April 13, 2015:

Official portrait of Secretary of State Hillar...

Now that it’s official, Hillary’s campaign for president in 2016 will be subjected to intense scrutiny, especially from those with long memories. For the mainstream media, short memories work best. There will, in the popular press, be some hand wringing about various issues, Benghazi and her private emails leading the list.

For those who perceive a Clinton II presidency as a danger to the republic, the list will no doubt be much longer. It will include references to Hillary’s suspected involvement in the murder of Vince Foster, and especially the cover-up following it. There will be refreshers on Whitewater and the Rose Law Firm, which engaged in various financial chicaneries concerning Hillary. It will be remembered that for two years she couldn’t find the billing records, and then all of sudden they turned up. There will be

Sen. Harry Reid’s Legacy: Corrupting the World’s Greatest Deliberative Body

This article first appeared at The McAlvany Intelligence Advisor on Monday, March 30, 2015:

Libertarian economist and Cato scholar Donald Boudreaux has little favorable to say about politicians:

It is the rare politician, of whatever party, who reliably puts principle above personal interest. As a rule, politicians are untrustworthy, duplicitous, and cowardly; they are people who have the unusually powerful craving for power and fame; and the successful among them typically possess an unusual talent for camouflaging their craving for power and fame as a saintly calling to “serve the people.”

But what about the “successful among them,” like Nevada Democrat Senator Harry Reid who just announced last Friday that he would be retiring at the end of his present term?
